2. The product features a one-piece, integrally molded polyurethane foam cushion. Its balanced firmness ensures a stable training trajectory while remaining comfortable and highly durable. The seat, backrest, and round pads are composed of high-density PU foam and upholstered in premium 1.2mm-thick leather, available in a variety of colors.
3. The seat adjustment mechanism utilizes a rubber-mounted locking system, offering a quick, convenient, and highly secure method for positioning.
4. Manufacturing employs high-end international production processes—including laser cutting, robotic welding, and precision CNC machining—to ensure fabrication meets the most advanced industry standards.
5. The rust removal (sandblasting) and electrostatic coating processes work in tandem to ensure a superior finish. The paint application involves a multi-stage process: immersion-based pre-treatment, full-surface phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating.
